The Yak: We have a lot of fans of yours over here at YakkityYaks! We fans can see what a pressure cooker the Big Brother House truly is, but we never had the chance to experience it of course. Can you tell us, first hand, how it feels to be trapped in the house with mostly strangers, and how stressful it really is? Jordan: The worst part is just tension building in the house. You are limited as to where you can go and when you are upset, you want to leave and you just feel stuck and you can’t get out. If you want to do Big Brother you have to be someone who can hold your emotions together or you will go crazy. The Yak from Forum Member SassyGal: What was the best part of returning to the BB house? Jordan: Just being able to play again with Jeff and meeting new people and making friends. The Yak from Forum Member SassyGal: How has your opinion of Rachel & Brendon changed from when you guest hosted for the BB12 veto comp? Jordan: Brendon – I did not know how funny he was and how laid back he is. Rachel can be crazy at times but she is a sweet heart and is a lot of fun to be around. The Yak from Forum Member CR: Do you think Jeff will propose to you soon, maybe on finale night? Jordan: For finale night – No way! Haha. How do you think your game play/strategy changed between season 11 and season 13? Jordan:I didn’t do anything different – I did the exact same thing and played the exact same way as I did last year. How did it feel going back into the BB house? Did it change since the last time? Jordan:No, it wasn’t any different just a new cast and new people and you have to get adjusted to everyone again. What is your biggest regret the second time around? Jordan:No. If you played the game again, would you have been so close to Shelly? Jordan:Probably not. Did you ever think you would become such good friends with Rachel? Jordan:No. Walking into the house I did not think we would because we are opposites. We didn't get a chance to talk to him post eviction but he made time to talk to Jokers Updates right after the finale and we 'appresh. JokersUpdates.com: Congratulations on the America's Choice vote and win. Jeff: Yeah, thanks, that was cool! JokersUpdates.com: Steve & Tony at Nonna Silvia's say hello! Jeff: Oh yeah, (his Chicago accent sounds heavy and very DeNiro on the phone) that's nice, I haven't talked to them yet. JokersUpdates.com: And the bears are kicking ass! Jeff: I know I heard! (laughing hard) JokersUpdates.com: That's got to be your biggest shock coming out of sequester, right? Jeff: NO, not a shock for me, it's da Bears, c'mon! JokersUpdates.com: This was a unique season of Big Brother and part of the fun was watching you and Jordan interact again. But, a lot of people were questioning whether or not it is a real relationship. Jeff: Really? JokersUpdates.com: Yes, really. I wrote a piece about it for Jokers Updates and I thought my take was pretty spot on. You two can be the final judge of that but it was interesting watching the two of you really play the game together this time, how was it for you? Jeff: It was great, it was great doing the show again with Jordan. We really wanted to win, I couldn't have done it without her. She was the best part of being in that house. I would like to ask you about the things you said about Dumbledore being gay, during a conversation you had with Kalia. What was that all about? Jeff: You know what happened? I think I blew it all out of proportion. JokersUpdates.com: Are you homophobic? Jeff: No, that's the whole thing, I'm not, that's crazy. JokersUpdates.com: Would you consider leading the Gay Pride Parade in Chicago next year? Jeff: Yes, absolutely if I can help with that and that would help them. I didn't know about this whole Harry Potter thing, it was news to me and the point I was trying to make didn't come across and I am a man and I apologize where it's needed and I apologize for that hurt. You know, I didn't mean any harm, I don't have any hangup about gay people, I mean if it is, there is, an issue, there isn't a issue about it for me, you know what I mean? We have a Gay Pride Parade like you said and I would have fun with it and wouldn't have a problem with it in any way. I think people are quick to judge, my friends know me and everyone that does know me, knows that I don't think like that. JokersUpdates.com: Ok, but it is two seasons now that you have said things that sounded pretty bad, why is that? Jeff: It is hard to even talk about it sometimes because if I say it in a way that one person takes offense with, then it is," why did you say it like that?" And I don't even know where they are coming from, you know? I don't want to have a debate about it, I don't take sides on this, I am not like that, I support the LBGT community. JokersUpdates.com: I appreciate you talking about it now, it sounds like there is a side to you that people haven't seen and maybe need to see. Jeff: Yeah....... (sounding pensive but upbeat.) Is there any chance you and Dani will finally find a way to become friends because you do seem to have the capacity to live and learn? Jeff: Absolutely, I really hold no ill will towards her (Dani) or anybody on the show. Everyone was great this year but sometimes people just don't get along but uh, maybe outside the show, I definitely give everyone a second chance like I did with the first houseguests....... JokersUpdates.com: You mean season 11? Jeff: Yeah, and if she (Dani) wanted to take a step towards friendship that's cool and that would be cool with me, I have no ill will towards anyone on the show. You have to put that stuff behind you so if there is room for her to have a friendship and it was wanted on her part I would absolutely be part of that. JokersUpdates.com: Ok, RealityRita on Jokers Updates would like to know if you are going to buy a ring for Jordan before you move in together? Very traditional fans you have, so what do you say? Jeff: Oh, that is very trad....that's uh, oh, I didn't even think about that, look at me, see that's another thing I have to think about.....um, I don't know, I don't know..........(absolute cute, funny male response, he is chuckling, confused and thinking) .........first we have to talk, me and Jordan have to talk, we have to really sit down and talk and see what's best for us right now, um and then we'll go from there. If it's buying the ring before (moving in together) 'cuz there's going to be some obviously time before we jump into what we want to do next, there will be time and uh, I didn't even think about the ring, how did I not think about the ring, you guys got me thinkin' now! I better! (think about it.) (lots of laughter.) JokersUpdates.com: Well my guess is that you wanted to win the 500 grand so you and Jordan could have a house in both places and go back and forth between them, is that the thought? Jeff: (laughing) Yeah, that was exactly the thought of us going back on, yeah the money obviously would have helped with moving to the next step in our relationship. JokersUpdates.com: Well you both have very strong family ties in very close-knit communities so it made sense to want to have access to both.......... Jeff: ..........that was the goal with going on (the show) and you know it was a very stressful summer but you know it's always so much better when you're done and looking back, I'm glad I did it. It was a great opportunity and a once in a lifetime experience, to do it twice is hard to pass up! Uh, we didn't win but I'm glad we did it, you know with everything that came with it and it was a good summer and it was a good summer for CBS and that's what matters, you know I had fun and that's what matters! JokersUpdates.com: deVinePoet wants to know, if you were a Big Brother producer what changes would you make to the show and why? Jeff: Um, I wouldn't change much, you know it's a well-oiled machine, they know what they're doing over there, putting people in the house together and then them not getting along, you know you put 13 of your best friends in a house together and they're going to fight at some point. It's just a great concept, I think it is really fair, the way they play the game, a lot of people say they gear it one way or the other and it's totally not true and I think that really came into fruition this season. You know a lot of things happened, anything could happen, anyone could win and I wouldn't you know change much about the show. I think they know exactly what they are doing over there. JokersUpdates.com: Do you have a production deal with CBS and are there any shows that we might be seeing you on this fall or winter? Jeff: I wish I did! (chuckling.) I am working with some people and I am working with the same people that I did "Around the World For Free" for and we've got some things in the works but nothing that I am signed on to do at this moment. Believe me, if I had something I would let everyone know the minute I got it! JokersUpdates.com: If you got called back for Big Brother All-Stars would you come back in and would you play it differently if Jordan wasn't with you? Jeff: Yeah, well, having Jordan in the house it's two different games playing with two different people than just playing by yourself. It's an advantage too having Jordan in the house 'cuz I am an emotional person, 'cuz I have to get things off my chest and having Jordan in there keeps me in check, to be honest, so I don't know how I would be by myself. As far as going back, um, my answer to that, I came up with a good one (chuckling) I watched Justin Beiber's movie in the Jury House, that Never say Never, so that's my answer! We did not have anymore time. My next question was about the perception amongst some Big Brother viewers that Jeff was a bully and acted "entitled" to be in the house. I would still like to ask him that question. Jeff is very aware of his temper and I think the term bullying is being misused too much, which mitigates the horror of those who are really suffering from it. Adults playing an adult game televised for TV, does not constitute bullying anymore than the smack talking constitutes slander. It is a game for TV and summer entertainment. Mean, pushy, brash, bold and disrespectful of certain players, maybe Jeff was all of the those things at different times, in the house. Maybe he saw the other houseguests as opponents on a football team, he certainly rallied his alliance like he was giving a "win one for the Gipper" speech, but bullying? I didn't see it. As for the charges of entitlement? That one made me laugh. Every single person in that house, came into that house thinking they had the right to win or they wouldn't have spent their summer entertaining us. Entitle this! So, Big Brother 13 is in the can, the trash can as always, but some would say a nicer, funnier trash can with a lot of pretty glitter. It wasn't the most moving or captivating season but it had its moments and many of the best ones centered around Jeff, so, I am glad he was there. But, personally, rather than ever seeing him on another CBS reality show, I would like to see him making dinner on a cooking show and teaching us how to add his homemade jardiniere to our favorite dishes. 'Big Brother' house has been her home - twice Posted: Monday, Sep. 19, 2011 Jordan Lloyd, a Butler High School graduate, finished fourth out of 14 contestants in this season's "Big Brother" series. CLIFF LIPSON - CBS To get an idea of how Jordan Lloyd of Waxhaw has spent two of her past three summers, just invite a dozen or so strangers into your house, lock yourself inside it with them, and don't open the door again for more than two months. Oh, and no TV, no Internet, no phones, no books, no magazines, no music allowed. This summer, the 25-year-old receptionist spent 69 days in a CBS sound stage also known as the "Big Brother" house, where she was surrounded by cameras, microphones and a gradually dwindling number of people as part of the 13th season of one of the longest-running reality series on TV. "You're trapped. And there's only so many places you can go in the (house)," Lloyd said, describing the experience by phone from Los Angeles on Friday. "You feel like a science project." Lloyd ultimately finished fourth out of 14 contestants, her elimination coming with less than a week left in the competition. The season finale aired Wednesday, when Rachel Reilly - a graduate of Northwest Cabarrus High School in Kannapolis - was crowned the winner. Both women were returning players; Reilly placed ninth in 2010, Lloyd won the $500,000 top prize in 2009. After receiving the half-million-dollar check last week, Reilly returned to her home in Las Vegas. Lloyd is back in the Charlotte area. "It's so good to be out of the house, to see people other than your other houseguests, to just socialize with everyone, and get to go out to a restaurant and eat," said Lloyd, who plans to resume her job as a receptionist at Planet 21 Salon at The Arboretum on Providence Road. Lloyd - a girl-next-door-type who did poorly in physical and mental challenges but made up for it with strong social skills - played much of the game alongside her boyfriend Jeff Schroeder, whom she met on the show two summers ago. To give you an idea of how they were perceived by viewers, Lloyd was routinely referred to as "America's sweetheart," while Schroeder (who finished fifth in 2009, seventh this time) was named on finale night as the winner of a fan popularity contest that featured a $25,000 prize. As for the next step in their relationship ... "Well, me and Jeff, we're gonna figure out where we're gonna go - if we're gonna live in Chicago (Schroeder's hometown) or if we're gonna move out here (LA)," she said. "We haven't even gotten to talk about anything yet, so as of right now I'm just going back to work at the salon and then kind of go from there." Lloyd suggested Chicago has the edge at the moment, but when asked what she loves about Charlotte, the Butler High School graduate said: "I love how everybody's just so friendly there. ... Oh, and Jeff wanted me to say, 'And we get to go to Panthers games.' Jeff loves the Panthers, because every time we go, they're so nice. They gave us free tickets, and he got so excited. In Chicago, they (the Bears) don't ever do anything. They don't even care," she says, laughing. Lloyd was born in St. Louis, but soon afterward her family moved to the Matthews-Mint Hill area. She was working three jobs when she was cast on "Big Brother" in 2009 - at Planet 21, and at Whisky River and Strike City, both at uptown Charlotte's EpiCentre. After winning in 2009, she bought a Waxhaw townhouse that she shares with her mother and brother. In 2010, she competed with Schroeder on CBS' "The Amazing Race," finishing seventh out of 11 teams. So, would she come back for third round of "Big Brother"? "No," said Lloyd, who is also a part-time student at Central Piedmont Community College. "I'm retiring from 'Big Brother.' I had a great experience. I don't regret it." She was interrupted by Schroeder, who said something inaudible in the background. "I'm doing my interview, be quiet." Then: "Jeff loves Justin Bieber, OK, and he said that Justin Bieber said 'Never Say Never.' " So Schroeder, at least - he would go back a third time? "He said, 'Never say never.' "

Jordan: Adam, I felt, was more honest and seemed to keep his word. And, I got to be a lot closer with him. I genuinely like Adam and I knew he would take me to the final 2. JokersUpdates.com: Of all of the houseguests this year, who do you think you will keep in touch with and why? Jordan: I think I would like to keep in touch with everyone from this season. I really liked everyone. JokersUpdates.com: It seemed like Big Brother season 13 was harder for you than season 11, do you know why you stayed so stressed this season and did you feel as if you and Jeff came into the house with big targets on your back from day one? Jordan: I know we came into the house with big targets on our back. It was harder because season 11 I didn’t know what I was doing and was more go with the flow. This season I knew much more about Big Brother since I played before and it was hard because I was more serious about it than I was last time. JokersUpdates.com: As much as you want to share with us, what is the real reason that you decided to do Big Brother 13? Jordan: Jeff wanted to come back and try to win again, and since we had been doing long distance it was a good opportunity to spend some time together. We thought it would be fun to try to win again and get to see each other all summer. JokersUpdates.com: The last day that you were in the house, it seemed like it would be a fairly easy argument to convince Porsche to keep you since Rachel is a monster at endurance comps & this year you have been in a slump, so why didn't you try? It was killing me that you didn't even try. I know you care about Rachel but you had as much right to try to win the money and be in the Final 2 as anyone else, why didn't you fight harder to get Porsche to keep you? Jordan: I knew there was no convincing Porsche and that she would be sending me out of the house. JokersUpdates.com: You have been a fun Big Brother houseguest to watch and root for or even boo, for some of your non-fans, but what is next in your life for yourself, your Mother and Peyton and of course, with Jeff? As much as you would like to share because we would really like to know............ Jordan: Maybe marriage, soon enough. And just back to work and school. JokersUpdates.com: Securing a home for your Mother, yourself and your brother, Peyton, seems to have put you in a much happier place. Could you tell us what it means to you to have the security of a home you love, again? Jordan: It’s the best feeling in the world to know that you took care of your family and that you don’t have to worry about them. JokersUpdates.com: It seemed like you were always having to explain Jeff to your fellow houseguests this year, the way he talks to you, the way he talks to others. I grew up with a lot of loud Catholic brothers, so I "get" Jeff but why do you think other people have such a hard time understanding his subtle kindnesses, motives and sense of humor? Jordan: I think a lot of people were intimidated by him and they didn’t get his humor. Because he has a stern voice and speaks louder (they think) he is being mean, but that is just Jeff. Jordan: The good – coming back and playing the game with Jeff. The bad – being evicted. The ugly – the feud with Shelly. Big Brother 13: Jordan Lloyd Interview Chloe: Hi Jordan, you’ve said you came back because Jeff wanted to. If given another opportunity would you come back for the third time? Jordan: No, I am done and am retiring from Big Brother. It was a great experience to come back and I’m glad I did it, but I think I am done. It was a lot harder mentally this time around… Chloe: What was it about Porsche that kept you from getting to know her better? Jordan: We were both just very different and didn’t really click. Chloe: You were betrayed by Shelly, will you be able to put that aside and maintain a friendship with her outside the house? Jordan: Yes, of course. Whatever happened in the Big Brother house stays in the Big Brother house and I’m not going to let it affect anything in the outside world. Chloe: Which of your seasons did you enjoy the most and why? Jordan: This season was a lot harder mentally, but I liked the friendships I made and I had more fun. Last time, it was good because I won, and because I met Jeff. Chloe: What did you think when you found out you were playing with Evel Dick? Jordan: I never watched his season, so I didn’t know how he was. But from whatever everyone said, he was the manipulator of his season… during the 6 days he was there, he was really nice and I really liked him, so I wish I did get to play with him. Chloe: What do you consider to be your best move in the game? Jordan: Aligning with the right people. Chloe: Have you and Jeff made any future plans once you’re out of the game? Jordan: We have got to talk, and we will figure it out. We don’t know, we just need to talk about it.

Jorchel talk – we saw a friendship blossom, will they keep in touch?...they both say yes, Jordan says they text each other, story about how they are both from the same place, six degrees of separation btw Jordan & Rachel, people in common...long winding story...Jeff says hey Hermano, you got that? (Hermano is Brendon) Rachel’s sister also worked at Planet 21 before...cool! Missy asks what drew them to each other to be friends?...Jordan says in the beginning it was hard, they had doubts, they were friends throughout the show but when the men left they got closer, they were there for each other, Jordan was depressed when Jeff left so Rachel helped her by being upbeat...they missed it by a week or Jorchel would’ve been final 2...Jeff says they’re pretty chatty...Jeff says Brendon is a great guy and it made his time in the jury house so much better, he made a good friend in him, that’s all they talked about in the jury house was wishing they’d be supportive of each other (Jordan & Rachel) and make it to the end (aww) Jeff tells the story of them seeing a shooting star in jury house...both guys wished for the same thing Brendon saw the star first and he guesses Rachel won because of that. Something about Guatamalan beers in the jury house that were “stolen”...Jeff doesn’t want to talk about that Jordan says that her and Rachel balanced each other out but she was feistier this season, she says she wasn’t a good competitor but moreso a talker, Jeff says for her not to say that, she was good. Missy & Chelsia give Jordan props for her improved game this year. Brendon says that Shelly never was influenced by him or Dani in the jury house, she would do what she wanted to do, at the round table he did try to make a case to Shelly. Question about Shelly yelling at Jordan...Rachel says that she was shocked that Jordan did it, they had a role reversal there... Brendon says the skiing competition was the hardest for him. Brendon thinks it was a blessing to come back & play the 2nd time, to enjoy the opportunity, he was meant to come back just to reassure Rachel she could do it. Jordan says she wishes the four of them would’ve stuck together more and not listened to what others said about them, her regret in the game. Question to Jeff & Brendon about jury house, how were people acting?...Brendon says they had a good time there /sarcasm...Dani was having a hard time being there and accepting it, Dani would turn once the cameras would come, she was giving little jabs at them, him & Jeff watched a lot of TV, all of Arrested Development, they stuck to themselves. Jeff says Brendon was great to have in there because he left that way on his season too (DE), he was fired up for 2 or 3 or 4 days after he was evicted, he was thankful he was there because he comforted him (aww)... Jeff & Jordan would’ve like Dan & Memphis as another option for a duo...Rachel would’ve liked Janelle & Howie...Brendon says Will & Boogie would be good...Rachel says Matt & Ragan would be good too...Jordan likes Matt, he’s a cool guy. Dan & Jordan keep in touch on the phone. Rachel says whenever a date is picked for her wedding she would love to have Superpass cover it depending on dates. They talk about the respective Bachelor/ette parties, No twitpics! LOL Jeff is invited to Brendon’s too...Rachel says hers will be in Aruba Jeff congratulates her on winning the trip...Jordan was jealous that Rachel sat next to Kris Kardashian at the Talk. Rachel says Jeff isn’t scary to her, he’s a sweetheart, they just butted heads, they’re very competitive. They talk about the possible JeJo engagement because Jordan had said that Jeff would’ve proposed if he had won the show...they say things are moving on/forward, they’re getting to the next step in their relationship...Jordan says it won’t be long before an engagement, like not a year or so...Jeff blushes LOL...Jeff tries to diffuse this and Rachel says "I can't wait until you guys move to California" ...they joke about Superpass getting the exclusive before the news is tweeted. Jeff asks if he there will be contracts? LOL Jeff says Twitter is getting better for them, Jordan is doing more too, he can’t answer every question so he does 5 minute tweetfests. He’s more about sending pics. Jordan says lunch was good yesterday (in Chicago), dinner was a lot of talking (Jeff’s words) Anthony from CT...he loved Brenchel in BB12...they address the “bullying” issues...hard to recap this part, they’re talking too fast...Jeff explains that he wasn’t bullying...he doesn’t understand where the bully thing came from, he does talk aggressively but he doesn’t bully. Brendon says he knows where it came from, it was Dani, that Dani started the bullying thing & then it went to Shelly, it’s a bunch of nonsense. Rachel DEFENDS Jeff & Jordan big time!! Rachel says Dani is a hater LOLOL Jordan says she never tried to ruin anyone’s relationship with Dani after Dani left. Jordan says she’s not going to bash anybody in their season, they can come there on interviews and do it but she won’t, it was a game, she’s over it, in the game she may have lied a bit but she was pretty honest overall, she has no ill will, if they are still talking about her in that way, then so be it. Jeff says that the house brings out crazy things in you, it’s easy to point fingers from the outside looking in, people who watch have to tone it down a notch, it’s a very emotional thing, they’re over it, anything that happened in that house, let’s keep it that way, judge them for the people they are on the outside. Talk about Jordan & how she said Brendon was so hot when she saw the picture of Brendon with hair, he looked like Maks from DWTS. All the girls loved it! They joke around about there being flirtations about that and maybe they can all flip partners...HAHA Brendon says NOW they have an idea for a reality show LOL! Jeff & the Shelly thing about his “cooking show” getting out ...Jeff explains that Shelly took it the wrong way & she doesn’t understand how the process works with “things in the works”...Jeff does read his twitter (to me Jeff didn’t look too thrilled about this LOL JMO) They get called out about staying only in the VIP area at the wrap party, people were grabbing at them, it was overwhelming so Chelsia took them to that area, they weren’t avoiding fans. Jeff was at the bar for 2 hours talking to people. . Tina from ATWFF asks about doing it again?...he wouldn’t do it again, it’s for new people every time, him & Brendon doing TAR?...Jeff says it’s Brenchel for TAR not them, they are better suited for it, it’s not going to happen, he had his chance. "Celebrating our engagement!" The couple first met during the show's eleventh season back in 2009 where Jordan ending up winning the top prize. They would also star on The Amazing Race and return to the Big Brotherhouse in the show's thirteenth season to compete again. Host Julie Chen told viewers on Thursday's episode that Jeff and Jordan would be returning to the Big Brother house with a big announcement. The next new episode airs Sunday night.
